Get 5 good habits Pull the plug, spend 4 days in contemplation with other women, and come home with 5 good habits. In a universe of sensuality, physicality and presence, you get the opportunity to step back and feel your life from the inside out.
The retreat is built around 5 different practices, each supporting presence, relaxation (devotion) and bodily anchoring. The structure of the days means that the exercises are repeated, so that they can be stored and form the basis for new habits that can be continued in daily life. A common theme in these days is that the contemplation happens together. We will have platoons and exchanges along the way, and use the women's field's potential for support and community.
When there is no teaching, we are in silence and there will be opportunities for walks in nature and own reflection. The retreat is for women with some life experience, but it does not require special prerequisites to attend.
