Get 5 good habits Pull the plug, spend 4 days in contemplation with other women, and come home with 5 good habits. In a universe of sensuality, physicality and presence, you get the opportunity to step back and feel your life from the inside out.
The retreat is built around 5 different practices, each supporting presence, relaxation (devotion) and bodily anchoring. The structure of the days means that the exercises are repeated, so that they can be stored and form the basis for new habits that can be continued in daily life. A common theme in these days is that the contemplation happens together. We will have platoons and exchanges along the way, and use the potential of the women's field, for support and community, and there will be light-touch exercises.
When there is no teaching, we are in silence and there will be opportunities for walks and own reflection. The retreat is for women with some life experience, but it does not require special prerequisites to attend. Program Thursday 4pm — 5pm Arrival 5 p.m. — 6:30 p.m. Intro session 18:30 — 19:30 Dinner 19:30 — 21:00 Evening session Friday & Saturday 8:00am — 9:00am Breakfast 9 a.m. — 10:30 a.m. Morning session 12:30 p.m. -- 13 short session 1pm — 2pm Lunch 3pm — 4:30pm Immersed & Connected 18:30 — 19:30 Dinner at 20 — 21 Immersed & connected Sunday 8:00am — 9:00am Breakfast 9 a.m. — 10:30 a.m. Morning session 12.30 — 13.30 Lunch 13.30 — 15.30 Integration of habits & rounding 3:30pm — 4pm Pack and farewell The program is indicative. **Economics: **
You can pay the EARLY BIRD price in 3 installments of 2134 kr. The last installment must be paid no later than Feb. 14. An installment is valid as enrollment and is binding.
Once you have signed up for the retreat you will receive a discount code of 150 kr. valid when you register for Community Workshops.

- Possibly a good pillow under the neck for breathing exercises, etc.
