Community workshop

Skovvej 2, 4760 Vordingborg

In this 3-hour workshop, we train the 5 habits we work with in Immersion and the Federation. The workshop is an opportunity to feel yourself and strengthen the contact inward. The code words are presence, body and sensuality. At the workshop there will be exercises focusing on:

Breathing
Meditation
Releases
Creativity
Strength

Basically, the workshop is in silence on the part of the participants, so that you are guided through the program in your own inner space, without having to deal with the world of others. However, in the last 20-30 minutes there will be an opportunity to share his experience and ask questions. The ongoing community workshops provide a framework for an open community of women who work with the training, before and after the immersive retreats.

Practical information

Bring comfortable clothes to move around in, make sure you have a light supper. If necessary, bring some snacks for a short break about halfway through the program. A water bottle can also be a good idea, as well as a notebook.
