Book the call HERE **Standard price: 6950 kr. \ Earlybird before March 1, 2026:6400 kr. - use code Earlybird2026\ Single room surcharge: 750 DKK**\ \ Get 5 good habits Pull the plug, spend 4 days in contemplation with other women, and come home with 5 good habits: meditation, breathing, strength, release (relaxation & dance) and creativity. \ In a universe of sensuality, physicality and presence, you get the opportunity to step back and feel your life from the inside out. \ \ The structure of the days means that the exercises are repeated, so that they can be stored and form the basis for new habits that can be continued in daily life. Immersion is done jointly. We will have platoons and exchanges along the way, and use the women's field's potential for support and community, and there will be light-touch exercises. \ \ When there is no teaching, we are in silence and there will be an opportunity for walks and own reflection. The retreat is for women with some life experience, it does not require special prerequisites to attend. Community workshop
In this 3-hour workshop, we train the 5 habits we work with in Immersion and the Federation. The workshop is an opportunity to feel yourself and strengthen the contact inward. The code words are presence, body and sensuality. At the workshop there will be exercises focusing on: Breathing Meditation Releases Creativity Strength \ Basically, the workshop is in silence on the part of the participants, so that you are guided through the program in your own inner space, without having to deal with the world of others. However, in the last 15 to 20 minutes there will be an opportunity to share his experience and ask questions. \ \ The ongoing community workshops provide a framework for an open community of women who work with the training, before and after the immersive retreats. *Participant Testimonials: * “The Community Workshop was like a loving embrace that at the same time healed and challenged me.
