Community workshop
Vesterbrogade 62, 3. sal., 1620 København | Orevej 51, 4760 Vordingborg
In this 3-hour workshop, we train the 5 habits we work with in Immersion and the Federation. The workshop is an opportunity to feel yourself and strengthen the contact inward. The code words are presence, body and sensuality.
At the workshop there will be exercises focusing on:
Basically, the workshop is in silence on the part of the participants, so that you are guided through the program in your own inner space, without having to deal with the world of others. However, in the last 15 to 20 minutes there will be an opportunity to share his experience and ask questions.
The ongoing community workshops provide a framework for an open community of women who work with the training, before and after the immersive retreats. **Participant Testimonials: ** “The Community Workshop was like a loving embrace that at the same time healed and challenged me. Gentle and cool, it was this night. And all in a very light and playful way. I was challenged at moments to the limit in expanding breathing exercises, and I had to quickly throw the towel in the ring as it stood on push-ups and plank. But it was totally ok! Our good, dear, cool bodies were allowed to go as far as they could, and then relax. And then we celebrated that we have all the strength it takes to go after our dreams. I learned a new Tibetan breathing exercise where I can mentally let it all go. And I got tea and warm glances and very much wanted to join a longer retreat. When I drove home to Møn, the stars in the dark autumn sky just shone a little brighter and I felt a bit more like a part of something bigger.” Mia Sloth Møller, Visual Artist “The safe guide sneaks around you like a warm blanket. With her gentle voice, she causes one to indulge in one's own inner process — without too many demands and actions — just being — and yet with a structure in which one feels both strength, freedom, openness and discovers new resources in oneself.” Nina Huge Zahle, Physiotherapist & Psychotherapist “It was a great experience to be at a community workshop with Fordybet and the Federation. I felt safe and able to go through the experience and get into the calm. The guidance is really good and creates a nice setting, so that the room becomes soft and good to be in. It is not often that I experience being in a nourishing calm with others. I had that experience today. Thanks, it did really well.” Line Svendsen, Actress
